Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing Uncle Jerry’s Pretzels. We are excited to share our handmade pretzels with you, baked in a stone-hearth oven with a 100-year-old recipe.  Our pretzels are extremely fragile. Unfortunately, once they leave our packing facility, some breakage may occur during the shipping process. We do our very best to ensure they get to you without damage by packing them tightly with biodegradable peanuts. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt.

If damage occurred during shipping, simply send us an email at unclejerryspretzels@gmail.com.  Make sure to include your order number and indicate whether you'd like a replacement order or refund. 

Shipping Options

Due to significant increase in shipping, we have a flat-rate shipping fee, which is automatically applied to your order at check out. All orders are shipped via UPS ground. Customers should allow 7 - 10 business for orders to arrive. 


PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REPLACEMENTS. REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We guarantee our pretzels for up to 6 months per the best by date located on the label.

Uncle Jerry's is happy to replace*** your order if:

  • The package was damaged in shipping. Send us an email, making sure to include the tracking number, order number, date of receipt, and a description of the damage
  • We sent the incorrect item to you.
  • For all replacements and refunds, proof of purchase is required and must be within the listed best by date.

We Cannot Accept Returns or Issue Replacements for the Following Reasons:

  • The wrong item was ordered. Please review your order carefully before placing it, including variety, bag sizes, quantity and salt options.  In the event you need to modify your order, you must contact us within one business day with the change.  While we will do our best to accommodate requests after one business day, we cannot guarantee it and are not responsible for requests made after this time. 
  • You didn’t like the taste of the product.   For your convenience, we offer product descriptions and customer reviews for all our products.  (It’s hard to imagine this happening – our pretzels are fresh, crunchy, and handmade!)
  • Our pretzels are handmade and variation will occur.  There may be differences in batches.  While we endeavor to meet everyone's personal tastes in each batch with the perfect amount of salt and level of darkness you prefer, the handmade nature of our product means there will be variation. 
  • Incorrect shipping addresses. Please be sure to include apartment, suite or floor numbers, as needed. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided on completed orders.  We are not responsible for address changes once an order has been processed.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please review your order carefully before submitting it on our website and check your emailed order confirmation to ensure it's accurate. 
  • Your pretzels were purchased at another store or on another company's website.  Please contact that seller directly regarding your purchase.
