These are baked, whole wheat, and low salt which makes for a perfect healthy snack. My family eat them plain or with mustard. Great favor!

I'm usually a fan of the extra dark low-salt variety but decided to try these out my last visit.
Holy cow, was I not disappointed. These are exactly what I wanted in a whole wheat pretzel - a low salt, super-crunchy, high fiber pretzel with a light, almost slightly sweet, flavor.
I'm the type of person who reads my ingredients lists and nutrition labels. These guys get the pass. Most other "whole wheat" pretzels will have a measly amount of fiber, high salt, and some other filler ingredients added for artificial flavor. Not these. The flavor truly comes from the pretzel and simple, high quality ingredients.
If you are trying these for the first time, note that whole wheat flour does have a different flavor and texture profile than the traditional unbleached wheat flour. People reporting these pretzels are "dry" are in fact describing the texture of the whole wheat flour. Be ready for that.

Our first time having pretzels in over a year. We switched to a whole food plant based lifestyle oil free lifestyle and one of the things we missed. So much was a crunchy pretzel. They are absolutely addicting in the best way possible and as I write this, I realize I need to make another order:)
