Love the crunch and intense flavor of the dark pretzels. They could be even darker for me! The two packs help me control snacking and keep the pretzels fresh.
These are clearly the best pretzels in America. What makes Uncle Jerry's pretzels so special is that they are hand rolled, not stamped out like cookies or store bought pretzels. Then they are baked in an oven until they are extra dark with tasty, slightly burnt edges. Each pretzel is unique because each is baked in a hot oven with varying temperature patterns. Some might be slightly lighter or darker and some with more or less salt. That's the beauty of hand-rolled, handmade pretzels. One thing that never varies is the taste. Always the best tasting pretzels out there.
We did not enjoy our recent order of pretzels and in fact disposed most of them in the trash. The pretzels were loaded with too much salt. To be honest there was so much salt on the pretzels that the salt covered every part of the pretzel. We will never order these again.
RESPONSE FROM UNCLE JERRY'S: Thanks for your feedback. It's true, our regular salt pretzels will be salty! For customers who don't want salt, we recommend our low salt variety. All of our pretzels are available in both regular and low salt.
Great pretzel for anytime / anywhere and super fresh, I love these pretzels especially in the extra dark version
Pretzels are almost an art form and few get it right. Uncle Jerry's Extra Dark pretzels come as close as I've seen to America's best pretzels. I love that they're individuality rolled; not stamped out like a cookie - like most pretzels are. Crunchy, tasty, and with extra tasty burnt edges. Just the right amount of salt for me. I prefer the two-packs and order 24 at a time. Sometimes I wish a few were a little more "extra dark" but then that's the nature of ovens and individually handcrafted pretzels like these.
