For a truly unique snack food, we created this 100% whole wheat flour pretzel. The Whole Wheat variety, with its tan finish, is popular with natural food consumers. Available in salted and low salt.

SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.

Ingredients: whole wheat flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda, and surface salt

Fantastic Pretzel

This pretzel is fantastic. It taste great, has no oil or fat and is available with low salt. I found out about this product from Ann Crile Esselstyn at a seminar by Dr. Esselstyn at the Cleveland Clinic on "Preventing and Reversing Heart Disease."

I really recommend these pretzels for their great taste and great nutritional value. I heard about this product through a program at the Cleveland Clinic for preventing and reversing heart disease directed by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn. This plant based no added oil diet has worked for me. Thanks.
