SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.
Ingredients: unbleached wheat flour, water, sourdough, yeast, salt and soda.
Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

My husband received a gift basket containing Uncle Jerry's Specials while visiting Philadelpia.Upon trying them, we both became hooked with the flavor & crunch,so ordered a box of 8oz. bags to add to our Christmas gift baskets. Unfortunately,more than half of the pretzels are in small pieces. Not one bag was spared.
If they don't make our gift baskets, we'll be enjoying them well into the new year, which isn't a bad thing.

Having moved to the West Coast, it is hard to find a good hard pretzel. Family members sent me a bag of Uncle Jerry's pretzels and I have been hooked every since. It's a little expensive to have the pretzels shipped to the West Coast, but worth it. THis pretzels definitely beat any mass produced pretzel company like Snyders.... Enjoy!

I grew up in Philadelphia a long time ago, and I know pretzels. These are the real deal, and I dare say they are the best packaged pretzels I have ever had.

These are some of the very best pretzels I ever ate. My son in law introduced me to them and he likes them so much that he is reluctant to share, so I am now buying my own.

kay, some people are connoisseur's of wine. They are called oenophiles. Though they haven't come up with a special name for those that study pretzels , lets just say I have a twisted mentality. I've traveled the globe seeking out every type of pretzel out there and Jerry's Specials have become the standard by which all other pretzels are judged. Jerry nails perfects scores within the test I've created for rating Pretzels. It's called the FACT test. There are four components: FLAVOR, AESTHETICS, CRUNCH and TEXTURE. Each component is worth ten possible points. Jerry's Specials are the only pretzel I have encountered that has ever rated above a 35. In fact my rating has consistently been 38 out of 40 in blind taste tests. Yes, I do Blind taste tests. They are a tour de force in the fine art of Pretzel Baking and are guaranteed to please even the most discriminating person. Paired with ice cold 7 ounce bottles of Heinekens , you will surely wonder how life can be so good. Don't hesitate to crush up for or five of these gems into a bowl and coat egg dipped cod or seabass with the crumbs prior to baking for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. Ohhh La La.
