Thank you for purchasing Uncle Jerry’s Pretzels. We are excited to share our handmade pretzels with you, baked in a stone-hearth oven with a 100-year-old recipe.

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. All claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt. Email unclejerryspretzels@gmail.com to report claims or with questions. Make sure to include UPS tracking and order numbers.

Our pretzels are extremely fragile. Unfortunately, once they leave our packing facility, some breakage may occur during the shipping process. We do our very best to ensure they get to you without damage by packing them tightly with biodegradable peanuts.



Due to the significant increase in shipping since January 1, 2015, we have a flat-rate shipping fee, which is automatically applied to your order at check out.  Shipping may take 7 - 10 business days via UPS ground.  We do not provide automatic shipping updates, so please contact us if your order has not arrived after 7 - 10 business days.



As a food item, we do not accept product returns.

In these cases, we will be happy to replace or refund your purchase:

  1. The package was damaged in shipping. In your email, please include the tracking number and extent of damage to the pretzels.
  2. The incorrect item was sent to you
  3. The item is defective

 We do not issue refunds for incorrectly ordered items. We offer full product descriptions (including ingredients) and reviews on our website for all our products.  Please review your order carefully before submitting it on our website and check your emailed order confirmation immediately.  We can attempt to resolve the issue with a partial refund or discount on another order.


  1. Incorrect addresses at the time of purchase – please be sure to include apartment, suite or floor numbers, as needed
  2. You didn’t like the taste of the product. (It’s hard to imagine this happening – our pretzels are fresh, crunchy, and handmade!)
  3. The wrong item was ordered. Please review your order carefully before placing it, including bag sizes, quantity and salt options.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a product is damaged or defective, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge.
