How do I make an adjustment to my order?

In the event you need to modify your order, please contact us right away with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to adjust your order before it gets shipped.

Once I have placed my order, how long until I get my pretzels?

All of our pretzels are baked fresh for you.  Once your order is processed, please allow up to 10 business days to receive via UPS ground. At this time, we do not issue tracking numbers.

How long do your pretzels last?

Because our pretzels are baked fresh and do not contain any preservatives, they should be consumed within 6 months of purchase.  The best by date is on the label for your convenience.

There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?

Contact us immediately. Refunds and replacement orders will be issued only within 10 days of receipt of your order. We do not accept returns. We offer full product descriptions (including ingredients) and reviews on our website for our products. Please review your order carefully before completing it. 

If damage occurred during shipping, simply send us an email at unclejerryspretzels@gmail.com.  Make sure to include the tracking number listed on the address label, beginning 1z16x040, your order number, and the date of receipt.  We will send a replacement order.

At this time, we do not have any authorized sellers on third-party marketplace websites; please contact those sellers directly.

Can you do special orders for gifts, weddings, corporate events, etc.?

Yes! Uncle Jerry’s Pretzels make great gifts and party favors. We will work with you to customize the perfect pretzel packaging. Contact us with your request and a quote.

Why do you use those packing peanuts?

At Uncle Jerry's, we care deeply about the environment.  We not only reuse and recycle all our cardboard boxes, we also use biodegradable packing material.  These packing peanuts are made from corn starch and are water soluble.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

We would love to; unfortunately, the cost of shipping is extremely high.  Put simply, we would be unable to provide an all natural, handmade product at reasonable prices if we did.  Instead, we offer our customers the lowest possible price for shipping and keep the prices of our product stable.

Do you sell direct to retailers or distributors?
