How do I make an adjustment to my order?

In the event you need to modify your order, please contact us right away with your order number and the changes you would like to make. We will do our best to adjust your order before it gets shipped.

Once I have placed my order, how long until I get my pretzels?

All of our pretzels are baked fresh-to-order and take 7-10 business days to receive via UPS ground. At this time, we do not issue tracking numbers.

There is something wrong with my order, what should I do?

Contact us immediately. Refunds and replacement orders will be issued only within 10 days than receipt of your order. We do not accept returns. We offer full product descriptions (including ingredients) and reviews on our website for our products. Please review your order carefully before completing it. See our shipping and returns page for details.

If our fragile pretzels weren’t handled with care during shipping, there may be some breakage. Contact us and include the tracking number listed on the package and date of receipt.

Can you do special orders for gifts, weddings, corporate events, etc.?

Yes! Uncle Jerry’s Pretzels make great gifts and party favors. We will work with you to customize the perfect pretzel packaging. Contact us with your request and a quote.
