Once I have placed my order, how long until I get my pretzels?
All of our pretzels are baked fresh-to-order and take 7-10 business days to receive via UPS.
I ordered the wrong pretzels, what should I do?
We offer full product descriptions (including ingredients) and reviews on our website for all our products. Please review your order carefully before submitting it on our website and check your emailed order confirmation immediately. We do not accept returned product, but will attempt to resolve the issue with a partial refund.
Why won't the website process my order?
If you are receiving an error message when submitting your order, please confirm that you are using a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Otherwise, call us directly at 202.747.4748 and we will take your order over the phone.
How do I make an adjustment to my order?

Please note that because our pretzels do not have preservatives, they are fragile, and there may be some breakage during shipment.
