Product Description

For those who crave the well-done snack, here's your pretzel.  The Extra Dark variety has set us apart because of its unique finish: a slow-baked, blackened version of our Specials. Available in salted and low salt.

SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.

Ingredients: unbleached flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda and salt

 

Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

    Uncle Jerry's Extra Dark Pretzels are wonderful. I love the taste and texture. They are also a healthy snack item, particularly in the low salt type.

    If you love dark pretzels, Jerry's is your place to order. Shared them with our neighbors and now they want to order.

    They are hand picked. This time we made sure to ask for Extra Dark.

    They are GREAT!

    My husband and I have always loved pretzels; however, could never find one that was tasty and low sodium. We found these at a store in Charlottesville, VA, as we were visiting for a doctor's appt. We both "fight" :) over the "burnt biscuit", etc., so we were THRILLED to find burnt pretzels! My husband is already worried that we're going to run out .. and need to order more .. and we JUST GOT THE ORDER a couple days ago!!!
