For those who crave the well-done snack, here's your pretzel. The Extra Dark variety has set us apart because of its unique finish: a slow-baked, blackened version of our Specials. Available in salted and low salt.
SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are sold in loose, bulk packaging. The 3lb. and 6lb. bags are not single, sealed bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.
Ingredients: unbleached flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda and salt
Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

No hard pretzels ever has or will be as good as Uncle Jerry's. Personally, I am an extra dark guy. But the Specials are also incredible. Light...crunchy...tasty. The family fights over them and we go through a bag a day. It's crazy. Thank you Uncle Jerry!

The pretzels are delicious, but I've decided I'm going to have to try the soft ones. I loved the fact that the packing material is biodegradable. I was wondering about that and so emailed the question and Misty Skolnick emailed me back right away so I'd know how to dispose of them. Excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Being raised in Pennsylvania, pretzels were the only
"junk food" that I knew. My afternoon snack with a
Coke or Royal Crown cola. And I always searched in the can (we didn't have them in "cellephane" or paper bags then) for dark ones. Not always successful. To this day, I prefer dark pretzels and was happy to find a place in NJ that sold them. But nothing is as these. The darkness, the crispness, the saltiness (just right) are a dream come true. Thank you; I will continue to enjoy, but occasionally, because of the high shipping fee. But, you've got me.

The only pretzels I buy

Thank you for manufacturing dark pretzels! Most companies don't realize that their flavored only intensify when they are darker! Also, it is very, very difficult to find and quite rare to have thick pretzels like this that are not sourdough! I don't care for sourdough so I absolutely love your pretzels and have been working hard to hook other friends and family on to your pretzels!
Do you do holiday tins where we can select the type of pretzels? If so, I have found my new favorite gift. Also, have you considered doing a nugget too? Great job! Keep up the great work!

We bought these pretzels on the suggestion of our son who enjoys hard pretzels. As opposed to our usual Bachman store-bought similar style pretzels, Uncle Jerry's are a little more irregularly formed, have darkened, almost burned ends, and from our perspective, just the right amount of salt. I love the flavor of the irregular pretzel ends, and the hard pretzel's crunchiness. They are indeed addictive, and I can't eat just one. The pretzels arrived in great shape, with perfect packaging. This product was a great purchase and a real find.

I sit here eating an Uncle Jerrys dark pretzel. I feel these petzels are the best on the market. Through the years I have tried many brands. I love the fresh crunchy taste. I just ordered 2 twelve package boxes. Yes u can order them on line. I favor the extra dak pretzels. This is my private stash. I may give one away to a friend occasionally. If you are a pretzel connoisoeur this is the brand!

There is a semi-regular Monday night gathering of folks at the Verona Tavern. I took up two bags of pretzels & there were none to bring home. Enough said
