For those who crave the well-done snack, here's your pretzel.  The Extra Dark variety has set us apart because of its unique finish: a slow-baked, blackened version of our Specials. Available in salted and low salt.

SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.

Ingredients: unbleached flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda and salt

 

Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

    I love burned pretzels and there is nowhere else to get them that I know of. They are really good and have lots of salt which is another bonus.

    I learned of these delicious pretzels because Tony Kornheiser has referred to them on air as his favorite pretzel, so I wanted to give them a try. I was not disappointed and my wife also enjoyed these pretzels. I want to also try chocolate covering them myself, because I think they would be even better then.
