SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.
Ingredients: unbleached flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda and salt
Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

tasted delicious and just the right amount of salt- I ordered other pretzels and couldn't eat them they were so salty-you couldn't even knock the salt off easily

Only standard fully salted pretzels are available here where I am (Florida) and it's great to have a source for low salt ("No Salt" would be better, but I scrape the few crystals off the pretzels and that's almost as satisfactory). Anyway, the pretzels are a great product and I have placed several orders (would order more if the shipping charge weren't so high!).

I cannot wait for the arrival of my order for Extra Dark Pretzels to be delivered each and every time I order them. Crunchy, delicious in-between meals and as a bedtime snack with ice cream as my calcium fix
what a combo
I even keep them in a container in the console in my car so we travel together constantly

Usually get the low salt variety. I like the mild burnt taste. Low salt better for thos with hypertension.

But beware, they are highly addictive. They are so good, you cannot stop yourself from eating them.

As a former Pennsylvania Dutch country resident, I have missed the hand made pretzels of my youth. I tried every brand, but none were right. Uncle Jerry's pretzels hit the target. They are a little expensive, but worth it.

I remember in 1948 laying on the floor listening to the radio (which I have) and eating Nabisco stick prezels in a dark blue box. They were all good. But there were two special kinds, two sticks that fused together to make a double one and the ones that were burnt. I am 71 years old now and I have enjoy prezels nearly everyday of my life (but they were not availabe in the Commissary in Viet Nam in 1968). I make my own, from my from-scratch bread reciped several times a year (enough for four loaves but two loaves are made into prezels.).
Uncle Jerry has got it right. I got the 6 packet and each is 8 ounces -- it is hard not to eat them all in sitting. It is the brunt I've looked for most of my life.
But, after I ordered it took more than a week to get here (PA to CA) and with the UPS charge costed too much. But I will probably order again some. I will also try burning my own homemakes. -- Martin

I ordered the extra dark pretzels with salt and I can not begin to tell you how delicious these pretzels are. To tell you the truth , I have NEVER had fresh mouth watering pretzels such as ''Uncle Jerry's. They are a must buy. I purchased the 6 lb. double package two weeks ago, and I have already eaten three pounds. After eating one pretzel, you can not stop. Absolutely guaranteed that you will never buy another package of store bought pretzels again. I will be trying all of "Uncle Jerry's products. "What a find". A total MUST!!!!!
