Product Description

For those who crave the well-done snack, here's your pretzel.  The Extra Dark variety has set us apart because of its unique finish: a slow-baked, blackened version of our Specials. Available in salted and low salt.

SPECIAL NOTE: The 3lb. and 6lb. bags of pretzels are shipped loose in 3lb. bags. In order to fulfill your order in the most timely matter, substitutions may be made with the 6-8oz. bags of the same variety.

Ingredients: unbleached flour, sourdough, well water, yeast, soda and salt

 

Our hand-twisted, gourmet pretzels are baked fresh for every order - including yours! Therefore, they may take between 7-10 business days for delivery.

    I would always rate these pretzels highly. I love over done low salt pretzels and these fit the bill nicely. They always come fresh and the taste is great.

    These pretzels are amazing! The crunch, darkness, the amount of salt, and the overall flavor - all terrific. I love the salt, so when I get about 2/3 of the way through a bag, it gets to where there's not enough salt still attached for my taste. So I set those aside and use them in place of croutons in salads and that's really good too.

    Although these pretzels were very good, I wish they were darker since I did order "extra dark". I also noticed inconsistency with the salt. One bag would have very little and the next would have too much. Still they are delicious!

    First of all, let me say that I consider myself a pretzel "expert". I have done blindfold taste tests before and can always guess the brand of pretzel. When I tasted Uncle Jerry's I knew that I was eating pretzel heaven. They are delicious, and have become my #1.

    I had these for the first time in South Carolina and loved them. So glad they're available by mail order so I can still get them now that I'm back home in Wisconsin. What a luxury to have an ENTIRE bag of dark pretzels. I'm hooked.

    I am from the East Coast (NJ) and live in California. They do not make a good pretzel out here. The Extra Dark are so good I pay extra in freight just to get them.
